Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped from Garden City, Kansas 67846. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions, and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. E-Z Salsa Inc. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Refund and Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements will only be considered after the customer has contacted E-Z Salsa Inc. and received approval from our team.
Refund Requirements
To be eligible for a refund:

The customer must contact E-Z Salsa Inc. regarding the issue and receive refund authorization.

The original case of salsa must be returned to E-Z Salsa Inc.

The returned product must be received and inspected by E-Z Salsa Inc. before any refund is issued.
Refunds will not be processed without prior approval and receipt of the returned product.
Replacement Shipments
If a replacement case is approved:

The customer must first contact E-Z Salsa Inc. and receive authorization.

The original case of salsa must be returned to E-Z Salsa Inc.

The returned product must be received before a replacement case is shipped.
No replacement shipments will be sent until the original product has been returned and received.
